Service Scope & Payment:

Our monthly bundles cover the defined scope (e.g., transaction limits, report frequency) as described in the pricing tables. Services outside the stated scope will be quoted separately. All subscription fees are billed in advance (either monthly or annually) and are non-refundable after 30 days of the billing period.

Client Responsibilities:

Client agrees to provide all necessary financial documentation (bank statements, receipts, etc.) in a timely manner. BookTaxPro relies on the accuracy of this data. Client must provide data by the 10th of the following month to ensure timely reporting. Failure to provide data may result in delayed services.

Term & Cancellation:

Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days of service, as the deep discount is provided in exchange for the annual commitment.
